Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All products and services offered by Kodesh Capital are digital in nature, including but not limited to educational trading content, courses, videos, downloads, and membership access.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable once purchase is completed and access is granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and therefore waive any right to a refund.

Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)

Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases, at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charge or accidental multiple payments
• Technical error resulting in no access to purchased content
• Verified fraudulent transaction (upon investigation)
